We offer a free in-person or online 1-hour consultation, and three options for you to engage further with us to progress your Airbnb conversion project.
Free consultation
We offer a free 1-hour consultation to determine what your goal is for your holiday rental accommodation project, what Home Feels provides – and how we can best help bring your dreams of hosting 5-star paying guests to fruition.
Following on from this free consultation, we provide three options for further engagement with us:
Option 1: Verbal design and plan
Following our initial consultation, we will arrange for a more thorough conversation to understand your wants and needs for establishing your Airbnb. We will cover the type of guest you are after, design vision, logistics and marketing needs. Our team will then spend some time designing and planning the best steps for you to consider in order to establish your holiday rental.
Over Zoom or in person, we will verbally present to you the considerations for you to establish your Airbnb and enjoy welcoming your first guest.
Price: $500.00 + GST.
Option 2: DIY design and plan
If you are a hands-on person and need a plan, design, logistical direction, and marketing steps, then this is the option for you.
We will design a personalised plan for you to implement. This plan will serve as a roadmap for your holiday rental project. Depending on your timeline, budget, and project needs, it can cover all or some of the design, functional logistics, and “to market” areas.
The cost of us providing this DIY option will be determined by your holiday rental goals and needs. Before we begin, a cost estimate will be provided for your confirmation.
How this option works:
1. Firstly, we will determine your goals and needs through a Zoom or in-person meeting.
2. Then, you will receive a proposal based on our observations of your project’s needs, including design, logistics, and marketing areas as they relate to the holiday rental/Airbnb context. (This may take us one week to prepare from our initial meeting).
3. Once you have seen the proposal, our team will begin preparing your project specifics around these areas. When we have finished, we will prepare a presentation for you, which will take 4-6 weeks, depending on the project’s size.
4. When you are happy with this presented plan, you will receive a comprehensive design plan in writing and (where possible) with samples for soft furnishings, styling and staging advice, suggestions for any renovation work needed, and options for tradies. Additionally, a logistics plan and suggestions will be provided, along with photography and a thorough plan for marketing your nightly stay. Finally, we will provide a guide for you to bring it all together in the correct sequence, within the allotted time, and with the finest 5-star finishing touches!
Option 3: Home Feels implements the design and plan
If you would like us to design, plan, and manage the follow-through of your Airbnb establishment project, then this is the option for you. Home Feels would love to help bring your project to life.
We can determine what your project would cover during a phone conversation, and discuss all areas of design, logistics, and marketing.
There is the option for us to take care of all three key nightly rental areas or just one. For instance, you may have a handle on design but need help improving your logistics. Maybe you are the organisational king or queen, but need a little help to design, style and photograph your space to the next level.
