Home Feels is a Kiwi owned and operated company founded by Wellington-based host and home stylist, Rachelle Stanway.
Home Feels makes the process of converting a space to an Airbnb easy and enjoyable for our clients. Whatever the scope and scale involved, we can plan your project, prepare your listing and all the steps in between.
We pride ourselves on providing a top-quality personal service. We are honest, approachable and friendly, with the ability to listen, consult, communicate ideas and put them into action ourselves, or point you in the right direction.
Home Feels is passionate about combining the worlds of function and aesthetics. We are fully committed to creating spaces that impart a sense of luxury to paying guests, while allowing them to relax and have all the home comforts they need to work or vacation accordingly.
We specialise in space conversions, considering Airbnb logistics, design and layout, and market readiness. In some towns or cities we also have an experienced team able to carry out any structural changes and council consents that our client’s project may require.

A few years ago now, my husband and I began the journey of hosting guests from all over the world in our own Airbnbs. What got us started was the love of creating thoughtfully designed spaces, coupled with the desire to serve people with 5-star hospitality. This keeps us motivated today. There’s nothing like designing a new space and setting it up with a particular guest in mind, for them to enjoy and praise in the reviews. We have learned a lot over the years, and we’re good at what we do. We’d love to share our knowledge and experience with you, and help you to excel at running your own Airbnb.
